Exploration of the flower univers is the continuing theme that runs throughout my work. My painting express and reveal the inner and outer world of nature, focusing on the aura of the Flower.

I moved to England in 1978. In my years in England I studied Fine Arts under the traditional academic education system. Which included a Foundation Course in The Fine Arts at Oxford and a BA HONs degree at Falmouth School Of Art in Cornwall, England.

I work with lyrical elements of water and earth, light and space. Expressing myself trough the use of oil and color to create layer upon layer of depth.

I see the flower not simply as a whole,  but as a mass of different particles and color. To me the Flower represent the very essence of the soul. An expression of sexuality and beauty. The universe within the universe of the Flower..

Frans Kannik is a Danish performance artist, born in 1949.  He trained as a serigrapher in 1968 and studied calligrahpy in Oslo 1971-74.

Frans is well known for his figurative paintings and aquarelles, and compositions with the nude human body as the dominating motive.

Sculptur can be percived as a space- that has been made expressive through its delimitation. A sculptur is often constructed with solid materials in well-defiend sizes, that one both can see and eventually touch.

Sculptur can also be perceived as a growth or as a process that has stopped in time and by time- and that might carry the seed within, to grow-to open and explode. To conquer it´s surroundings with a kind of strategic beauty. Sculptures is tangible and real. But the contents of a sculpture can also aim towards the unreal or the surreal, aim towards becoming what only a creative mind can fertilize and transform into a sensous form.

Bjarne has worked with several great Norwegian artists, and reveals his passion for art both as a represent of other artists, but also in his own works of art, paintings and framing.

Many years of inspiration and study of art, is Bjarne´s unique force when it comes to communication through art.

The collection represented here in Gallerie Stockinger at the moment,  is smaller fine works painted on glass then printed on special paper. Framed with a sincere and arty touch, completed as a whole.
